After enjoying the winter conditions thread, (http://www.letsrun.com/forum/flat_read.php?thread=3835133) I'd love to hear about some tough summer conditions. Lets here some stories of heat, humidity, and summer-time suffering. Having lived most of my life in coastal california I haven't dealt with much over 100, but I have spent time in slightly inland central cali, with 105-110 averages, and 115 at least a weekly occurrence. In my experience, you just really have to redefine workout goals when it gets to 110+. Just putting in the minutes counts for a lot.
