For some strange reason, I'm having Achilles pain after doing only 10-12 MPW of running. I didn't run on hills or on banked surfaces.
Any ideas on what's going on, and how to fix it? Is it safe to continue running if I don't bump up the mileage?
(and no, I'm not a new runner. I used to run 10-12 miles a day, but I've cut back due to school and work commitments.)
