I have had heel pain for months. I scraped together an XC season (I run collegiately) and it was pathetic. X-ray negative for a fracture and I was told by an osteo that its just plantar fascitis. After cross i took 6 days off and then ran 4 days in a week but the pain came back. I am two weeks off running now and there is still pain. Ive done stim, ice, stretching, the sock, everything. nothing makes the pain go away. my next step is MRI (havent gotten it yet bc im still at school). Please help. what can i do to make it go away?
