Anybody start pool running and then end up really liking it?
I've had a lot of injuries over the years and they aren't that fun after running for a couple decades.
When I am in the pool, nothing hurts. When I am out of the pool, I feel minimal soreness, but still feel worked out (although not as hard as a hard trail run or speed session).
Really thinking of deemphasizing road running in favor of pool running for awhile. Yeah, it's somewhat boring and there is no scenery, but I am enjoying the lack of pain. Anybody else made this switch? Am curious to see how fit you were after 6 or 12 months of mostly pool running. TIA
