Whatever else you think of him, Julian Assange is defintely guilty

Sex without a condom, sex with your girlfriend before she even wakes up (notice she doesn't tell him to get off or anything), and telling the woman afterwards to fetch you snacks...

We'd need to imprison every adult male in the world if these were real crimes.

You can whitewash it all you want but under even the strictest terms, this is date rape.

I'm sorry, "even" under the strictest terms? How about not under the strictest terms... That's one of the most minor cases of date rape I've ever heard of. You are stupid.

You must not know anybody who has been date raped. This is date rape pure and simple. If she say yes to sex with a condom it doesn't mean she says yes to sex without a condom.

I love how the little hypocrite asked the judge not to publicize his address.

I'm not sure about the sex without the condom case (I'm assuming the first case here is what you are talking about).

The second one (non-consentual sex with a sleeping individual), girlfriend or not (not girlfriend in this case), is pretty clearly rape.

Yeah, weird that the odds and ends of the lives of his accusers haven't been strewn across the media. For instance, the Duke lacrosse team. Or, Monica Lewinsky. Does that fact alone not perk your interest?

I think the guy is a paranoid scum, but we have heard one side of the story.

There are plenty of cases where prosecutors have not been able to get a conviction on cases that seem far more clear. Swedish law appears to be very different than US law.

I hope that there is a trial and tons of other women come forward to say what a sleaze ball he is and a misogynist as well. The far kook left will then have to defend another public figure from the left only because he sides with them. (Bill Clinton being another one).
