Those are not exact. Just rounded.
Miles per week is currently none since I've gotten sick, but when I was not sick I was doing 25-30 with cross country
Oh and another question! What type of lifting should I do?
You can run if you are sick, unless you have bad flu. Or cancer...
you will improve on that 2:28 by not stopping for a smoke break on the second back straight.
Yeah I know but not when I cough every seconds, I can not make it up the stairs without coughing.
