You must have hated those Nike + videos with Paula Radcliffe and Paul Tergat then (the marathon world record holders when they were shot)
in all honesty I doubt that's how they train: I doubt Paul Tergat wears an IPOD and does all that Nike + stuff and pacing etc. They probably just did the commercials for the money and appeal to the masses that do rely on their IPODs for every step of running that they do

Are you talking about the one where Tergat is jogging along, and talking about how he trains with a big goofy smile on his face, and at one point he says, "Then I run faster, so my lungs can breathe more air!"
