I allocted 6weeks to my base phase before starting R, T and I pace stuff(Daneils). What sort of runs should I do?
For the past 2weeks, I've been doing 2-3 Mpace running for 6-8miles @ 6min/mile each week. 80min long run, and 6-8mile recovery runs in between.
Should I add a weekly tempo? I do strides twice a week after runs as well.
