Its a 1/4 out 1/4 back .The goal was like 73-74 1 min rec.There was a 12mph wind one way so they were 76 all on 77 the other way one 74 few 73 and 72 and a 70.Is this still fall in line with the goal of 74-73 with 1 min rec.I was running easy.Does it take away from a workout if one way you have a wind with nothing to block it in the open and its a little off pace and the other way you have it at you back?
