I have been running for 20 somthing years but took 3 years where i just ran a mile here and there and light running .About 2-1/2 - i started to run 8 mile runs so on then workouts then ran races 10ks 37 s that was 2 years ago. last year i was in upper 34-35 shape this year i am in upper 33 to low 34 shape .This is for 10k.Now i had some setbacks and now i have a new coach .I should be running faster all the races i went to this year from last (5mile) were 37 sec faster.I feel i should be in 33 flat shape.Can i get to the 31s or faster with a new program.Note this is going off flat road times no hills no cc or track.Also how long will it take.Also my life time pr is 3209 23 years old then .I had one other 10k in 3246 area 2 weeks after that.Most of my 10ks before my layoff were 33s 34s.How long with the right program can sub31 be reached?
