noodles, red meat, and citrus fruit
Hamburgers, fries and soda
Chicken Caesar salads, soft pretzels, and meatball sandwiches. Covers the food groups pretty well (let's face it, do you really need fruits AND vegetables) and there's no way I'm eating a burger n' fries for every meal.

-chocolate chip Clif Bars
-V8 fusion blend

spaghetti (with meat marinara sauce)

Sweet potatoes, eggs and leafy greens. Despite my overwhelming desire to say bread, these are better choices.

Whole wheat pasta, steak, oranges.
cottage cheese, red river cereal, grapefruit.
because breakfast is my favourite meal and these three items combine to form my favourite breakfast.

If there are only 3 foods left to eat then the world must suck and so I no longer carry about body image, I just want to gorge myself.

I'm confused by the question (and the responses). Is something like spaghetti just one food, or do you have to separate the components?
