I have run over 3000 miles every year for the last 6-7 years (since I have seriously logged my training) but I still need 302.5 if I am going to get 3000 for 2010.
I am getting ready to start winter break and may have some extra free time. What do you think? Should I do it? My high week for the year is probably 90 and my highest ever is maybe 115. I'd need to run about 19 a day.
