This past month I haven't been running as much as I used to and I haven't been going as fast. The past 1-2 weeks my legs have been dead... seems like I can maintain a certain pace but after that they just suck. I took a day off then today attempted the hill repeat workout my coach gave me. My legs felt dead during my 3-4 mile warm up and I did 2 hill repeats but just felt bad and decided to stop. Weird thing was on my mile "cooldown" jog I actually felt good. But I don't know why my legs feel bad all of a sudden and I'm going so slow... I need to be in shape within the next few weeks and I'm getting worried. I'm planning to jog another few miles this afternoon.
Should I just run easy until my legs feel better, easy + strides? My coach gave me a workout plan with workouts but should I wait to attempt them?
