I know they get their regular racing kit gear changed at least twice a year, but in terms of regular clothing and regular training apparel do they have some say in what they wear or do they just receive something like 12 huge boxes from UPS each quarter?

they get the entire nike catalog and get however much they want of whatever they want basically whenever they want, casual clothing included. product is very very little cost to a company like nike.
