I saw this guy once and personally thought I wasted my time. I've seen a handful of ART guys and Nissim was the least helpful in my opinion. Also, the OP asked for a diagnosis, and ART practioners tend to focus more on, well, the active relase than providing a solid diagnosis (in my experience).
