Other than having people insult her all of the time, the woman playing the "Lady Gaga" role has won the lucky life lottery. She gets to perform all over the world, gets paid a bundle, but wouldn't come close to winning a singing contest against real singers.
If she ditched the disguises and fake name, and went incognito to try out for a record deal, or a lead in a Broadway play, she'd get rejected every time.
She stands, poses, and lip syncs as people dance around her, playing the character "Lady Gaga."

I don't normally listen to mainstream radio but I can enjoy most of the songs for what they are. But when I hear her voice I seriously feel as if I want to punch a baby in the face. She is only famous because her ass sticks out 2 feet from her body. She sucks at rapping, she only is getting radio airplay because she's on Lil' Wayne's stupid Young Money label.
Lady Gaga at least has songs that are catchy, have good beats, and a listenable.

Here's a video from before she became Lady Gaga. She clearly has some musical talent. I don't really like her current music but I can respect this. But at some point she clearly felt the need to adopt a new sound and stage personality in order to make it in the music business.

She reminds me more of Madonna than anyone else. Madonna was electronic pop, tried really hard to be famous, and went out of her way to be shocking in a late-80s sort of way to keep herself in the spotlight.
OMG most of the people on this site are completely retarded. Lady Gaga is extraordinarily talented. She NEVER lip syncs. She can sing jazz, rock, pop, anything you ask her to. Half of her best stuff is rare. You can always tell who a real superstar is by how much JEALOUSY gets sent their way.
