Cinnamon supposedly has anti-inflamatory properties (along with being an anti-oxident, anti-fungal, anti-microbal, reduces triglyceride, lgl, and total cholesterol levels and helps control blood sugar levels). My wife just bought a bottle of 500mg pills for a diet shes on. I am thinking about taking them to help keep inflamation down.
Anyone have any experience or insight on Cinnamon supplementation?
