JUCO where I coached provided shoes, meal money for trips, room and meals if on a scholarship, and running gear.
Everyone was responsible for their everyday clothing.

Come on, i know there are current and former athletes on here!!!!
what all do scholarship athletes getwhen they go to college?
everyone on my college team got a uniform, warm-ups (t-shirt, shorts, pants, longsleeve pullover and jacket), athletic department issued sweats (big bulky pants and sweatshirt, tee-shirt, basketball shorts.
Initially we got as many pairs of trainers as the budget allowed for and a pair of spikes for cross, sometimes a different pair for track. Then it was changed to two pairs of trainers a year and spikes only every two years.
at the big 10 school im at we get tons...like 2000$ worth if not more.. 2 shortshorts, 1 half tights, 1 full tights, 1 pair of running pants, 2 sweatshirts, 2 long sleeves, underarmor type winter gear, 5 shortsleeve shirts, sweet gym shorts for weights, socks, hat, back pack, 4 pairs of trainers per year, flats, 2 pairs of spikes...i think thats it, might be forgetting something.
