"Every Single" - you make it sound like there are loads of them.
There are only 4, and given that two are Kenyan by birth (I know Kipketer is a Danish national now) and one Brazilian it's hardly surprising that blue eyes are not well represented.

Op here, I want to change my original post. The only men who have broken 1:42.50 have brown eyes.
Andre Bucher is the fastest Blue eyed Blond haired 800m runner at 1:42.55, with Vebjorn Rodal is a close second with 1:42.58.
Borzy and Coe are the only other two Europeans under that, and they both had brown eyes.
Only 6 Europeans altogether have broken 1:43.
Only one Blue eyed man, Steve Cram, has broken 3:30 in the 1500.
The 1000m has similar statistics, as does the 100m, 200m, 400m, 5000m, Steeplechase, 10000m, and Marathon.
Face it, Blue eyed people mostly suck at running.

All world records above 400 meters are held by Africans.
When will the non Africans step up?
Coe's mother is Indian (subcontinent), hence the brown eyes.
