I ran the Decker Challenge Half today (1:20-something) and am planning on running 3M at the end of January. Assuming my fitness remains the same, and assuming the conditions are similar (which I know is a big assumption--things are pretty variable around here this time of year), how much faster should I expect to run?
From what I've heard about the two courses, the difference could be as much as 4 minutes or so; does that seem accurate?
