theres one at ursinus college but idk if its open to the public. I know some gyms have them but they usually arent a full 200 meters. Also Dickinson College in harrisburg has one but again idk if it is open to public use.
A lot of Philly high school indoor meets are run at Widener University's indoor track, just outside of Philly.
I am not sure about public use, but it's the first place I'd call. If they aren't open, then know who is.
I think Dickinson is in Carlisle, even further from Philly than Harrisburg, which itself is 100 miles away.
New York City is closer to Philly than Dickinson's track is.

are you serious? I don't think high schools have competed on that track in years. High school meets in the area are usually held at Haverford or Lehigh. They are the big two. Other than that, Swarthmore has a larger indoor track, Glen Mills has a track, as does Ursinus.
