400/800 spikes

    I am a 400/800 guy who will run a few 1600m races but my focus is the 400/800. So far i have compiled a list of possible spikes to use. I'm looking to run about 52 and 2:00 for the outdoor season. I'm actually not looking only into Nike shoes these are just ones that have found. I am open to other brands.

    Nike MaxCat

    these seem to be a middle ground between the two following shoes

    Nike Victory

    These are more distance oriented and might not be good for the 400m

    Nike Powercat

    these are much more sprint oriented and might not even be good for the 800

    I race mostly 400m and 800m as well. I wear the victories. It's a great spike, and you won't gain anything by moving to the maxcat for the 400m.

    I'm a 4/8 guy as well and have recently fallen in love with the victory's, which have actually been more aggressive in the 400 than some spikes I've worn designed for sprints (Asics Turbo Phantom 3)

    A Very good spike, just hope no one steps on them..
