I heard from some1 that too much core can throw off your balance rather than help it and it should not be done more than 5 times a week. Does anyone here do a large amount of core work 6-7 days a week? If so, do you think there would be any differnence in running if you took the intensity of it down a notch and did it less? Also, how much does core work help running? Say if you do it 2-3x per week, is there any difference for running doing it more or less???
