Why are you running so many miles? Unless you have taken 2:22+ off your 5k, I'd say back off the miles and ride your bike to the library.

1600= 4:28 last track season. tactical 2:20 for 800
3200= 9:46 last track season. Tactical 5:01 first mile.
5k= 15:44 over the summer in roadrace as a tempo. Went through 3 miles of an 8k in 14:56.
8k= 25:31.
And I have no bike! And the only reason I'm running to the library is to study for finals. And also my car is broke donw. But finals are over. I was just wondering if this was better than doubles. It sure is easier.
