Anyone know of an indoor track in the Denver area where you could show up and do a workout. In addition, any clubs in the area that do regular workouts?
Thanks

Ha, no. There is one in Golden at Colorado School of Mines, another in Colorado Springs at Air force. CSU, and CU both have one in FoCo and Boulder. good luck using them.
Besides, the temp has been in the 60's and 70's most of this week and last. Only one minor snowfall so far in Denver. Nearly broke the record for the latest first snowfall in Denver...I think it snowed for the first time around November 12th this year.
Depends on what your training goals are...Team Fartlek meets at Bear Creek HS daily m-f at 3:05...though the schedule will be different during the holiday break. Runner's Roost lakewood has guys that are always training and we have a group that meets on Sundays for our long runs.
If any of these work out for you, leave email and i will contact

as others have stated - good luck getting access.
the weather in denver really isn't bad enough to warrant having an indoor track.
OK--just moving to the area. Glad to read weather will be good for more outdoor training
New question: Anyone know of a good outdoor track for workouts in Denver area, Denver Tech locale? Thanks.
Ran at Wash Park in the early evening today and saw one dude running shirtless and some women in sports bras. Record breaking temps today, 70 degrees on December 14th!
We've had multiple days in the 60's and 70's during the month of December...yet the mountains are getting record breaking snow for this time of the year. Best of both worlds, snow in the mountains, so the ski industry is thriving, and the wildfire risk will be diminished. Yet beautiful weather in Denver with only one minor snow storm, though that's due to change tomorrow. Gotta' love Colorado and Denver!!!
By the way, Campus Middle School (next to Cherry Creek High School) has a nice all-weather track open to the public. It is essentially in the DTC (Denver Tech Center) and is where the Phidippides track club trains on Tuesday nights.
bump
Colorado has more hours of sun than Hawaii.
Nobody really thinks of indoor running. When the roads are to bad to run , you slap the x-country ski's and glide some miles in.
