are there any unattached-friendly meets like this close to washington dc?

there are some thursday night indoor races at the Armory in NYC. im interested in these myself but they are not well-advertised though so i have no idea when they start and end

there are also some meets all the time at Cornell indoor track, this according to DirectAthletics.com

You can run in most college meets unattached.

Check out this list of indoor meets here:

You'll have to check each school's official website to see if they allow unattached athletes, and if they have entry standards. A lot of times they don't even post that info and you have to email or call the coach.

A lot of the bigger schools use DirectAthletics, but in many cases, the smaller meets are more friendly to open athletes. It just takes some digging to find out.
