I'm 19. My longest run before was 20 miles. And that was at about 7:34 pace. It was an "easy" run.(Even though the last 2 miles didn't feel so easy)
Will running 30 miles forever dull my speed? Just what will happen? Nothing? I'm guessing nothing.

try going out at 8min pace and see how you feel throughout the run
"forever"? no.
For a month, yessiree
I'm actually all for doing crazy stuff like that - keeps us fresh
You'll move to Boulder, grow a beard and write self-absorbed articles for Running Times.
You'll be tired
you will die, probably.
Nothing, but if you're longest run is 20 why not go 25 first and then three weeks later go 30 if you still want to?
You will be tired for 2-3 days, maybe a week if you go really hard.
You'll remain a virgin for the rest of your life.
You'll become an ultra-runner and therefore despised by the majority of the LRC board. All actions have consequences, think about it.
What speed?
my previous longest run was 17 miles.
one day i ran 70 miles with a 25lb backpack on and i was fine, you will be too! you'll have fun, nothing to worry about. happy thanksgiving! (just make sure you rest and recover)
