This is for a group of guys running around 18:30 for 5k. We all ran great at regionals, but I worry we peaked too soon and are going to have lost some fitness by state. Our week generally consists of 1 race, 2 hard days, 2 easy days and 2 days off for an average of about 30 miles a week.
