Going into freshman year of hs, i ran probably 40 miles per week during the summer. Going into sophomore year, I ran low 50's but dropped it down to like 35 during the season ( a big mistake ). This past summer, I topped out at 60 mpw during the summer and held mid 50's consistently through the season. How much do you think I could run next summer? I really want to bump it up because I feel "high" mileage works out best for me. I'm calling it "high" because my coach doesn't like us doing more than about 40.
