The last time I was in great running shape was in early 2006. I was running for one of the top DI schools in the country, graduated and have barley run since. Currently, I have an incredible job that lends me plenty of time to train for the most part.
During my running days i was 133lbs and a high 3;40's 1500 guy. Today im approx 168, 25 years old and dont know the first thing about building back up to decent running form. I always felt i had a good knowledge base on running, but the more i think about it, the more i realize how little i know about building up from the bottom up.
Is there anyone out there who could guide me in my quest to simply loose weight and be healthy once again?
