say your doing mile repeats at 6:00 pace. you do 4 of them. you do a 2:30 rest vs a 4:00 rest. how much of a time difference in the repeats does this make?

If you're doing them at 6:00 pace, then the answer would be zero difference.
Trick question, right??
(Or, 1:30 difference, if you include the rests.)
The 2:30 rest is a harder workout.
thanks, but i obviously know that the 2:30 rest is harder, but what would the equalivance be for a 4:00 rest? instead of 6:00 would if be like 5:55 if you got the extra 90 second rest?
thanks
OK. You phrased your question wrong the first time. You really wouldn't be that much faster with 4:00 minutes rest. Maybe 5:55 like you pointed out. However, workout times don't really mean anything.
