I'll get us started this week. 32 miles for me this week with 4 half-mile intervals (10k pace), and off day and a 10 mile long run. All the rest easy.
Question for the week is:
"What does everyone do after their last goal race?" I ran easy distance with a few striders for a month but trying to get in a tempo or long interval so I'm in resonable shape before the cold weather hits. I've never taken any significant time off but maybe a week or two off would help me recover better. Post away
