Today i just did a 60min session steady pace keeping HR above 160 (im 29)
in this instance what would you say this would equate to in running terms and in GPP terms for an 8 runner?
As im sure all of us at some time are injurred and resort to the XT it would be good to here your opinions on this tool of training
