I am a 4:13 miler and a 1:54 800m runner. I have also ran a 5k in 15:16. I just completed a great Fall of high milage and I am in better shape going into the indoor and outdoor season than I was last year when running these times. I am starting my last year of college running. My coach isn't going to be around like he was last year. I was wondering if anyone had some advice they would like to give me or are interested in coaching me. I know this is kind of a weird thing to ask. I have been training myself and it is going well but I am lacking in confidence because I have been coming up with my own workouts.
