I have a HM coming up in 3 weeks. For the past 7 weeks I've averaged 86 miles/week, with peak mileage of 105. I do a weekly long run of 18-20. The past 2 20 milers have been in the 124-125 min range.

10k road race in 31:00 - even splits, won comfortably
8 mile tempo in 41:52
10 x mile on track w/ 1 min rest - 5:02 average, last 2 were 4:57, 4:52
10 mile tempo in 52:53
