I can only think of 2 movies where only one gender has any speaking roles. This is just from my memory of these movies, and I'm pretty sure about them, but I may be wrong.
I think Reservoir Dogs and Glen Gary Glen Ross have only men in them. Are there other movies out there which are all-men or all-women?
John Carpenter's The Thing only has males in it.

Silent hill and most of the porn I watch is all women.
I'm pretty sure Lawrence of Arabia has only men in speaking roles. Great movie, by the way.
Can't think of any all women movies...
The Hunt for Red October is close. The only women are the flight attendant, Jack's wife and daughter, and maybe a secretary.

The Vagina Monologues? I'm just guessing that it doesn't have any male parts (heh), not having seen it myself. Might not be a movie of it either.
I am embarassed to know this, but after my fiance made me watch "The Women," I realized there was not a single male in the movie, save for the baby boy born in the end.
Not 100% sure, but maybe Stand By Me? It was the first movie that popped in my head on this.
There are probably quite a movies with war locales that fit into this category. I don't recall seeing any women in "Letters from Iwo Jima."
Saving Private Ryan? I don't think the mother actually speaks and neither does the secretary.

I believe that, in the movie "Patton," while there may have been a female nurse or two in the hospital in Sicily (i.e., where Patton slapped a soldier), there are no females in that movie with a speaking role.
Moby Dick (Gregory Peck) has no women in it.
If the secretary typing one of the Ryan letters doesn't speak, then I'm fairly certain the woman with her family in the German rubble town does. When she and her husband are trying to give their girl to the soldiers - actually, I think the little girl is yelling stuff too. Not English, but certainly speaking.

"The Bitter Tears of Petra von Kant" is only women. Some of the weirdest fashions I've ever seen.

The fact that Master and Commander has an all male cast is happenstance, given that it takes place on a British naval vessel during the Napoleonic Wars.
La Casa de Bernarda Alba, however, was written with only female characters for a desired effect.
I don't think "The Great Escape" has any women.
