I have been running about 65 miles per week with all of the usual fundamental workouts. Long Run of 90 minutes, Tempo Run of 6-9 miles consistently, and a weekly Fartlek or speed workout. Most recently I ran 7 x 1000m (3:10, 3:05, 3:04, 3:05, 3:02, 2:55, 2:42) all with 90s of rest. I felt great. I believe I can run sub 25. What do you think?
