I'm once again starting to do double and was wondering what the proper recovery time was between the AM and PM run. I get out around 10AM and then am back on the track around 4PM and was wondering if this was too little time to allow my legs to recover. In the morning I am doing a easy base run of 4 miles right now and plan to build upto 9 in the morning. In the afternoon my schedule is speedwork/fartlek or more base depending on what day of the week it is. Just looking for constructive critisicm on my training.
