We all agree that Sergio Sanchez's drop-off in performance after indoors is a sure sign that he is guilty of doping. But how about Teg and Ritz drop-off in 2010? To wit:
Ritz spent most of 2009 injured or recovering from a mediocre marathon, yet late in the track season, boom, runs sub 12:56 and 1:00 half. One year later he runs a downhill half 1:02? And this year he didn't have to come back from a marathon, or a world champ 10K, or a coaching change adjustment.
And then there's Teg, drops a 12:58 AFTER world champs, a performance that is indicative of 12:52-ish ability, pretty much disappears in 2010. Why? Is he vacationing with Sanchez?
