    I indirectly came across a youtube clip claiming to instruct proper running. So here are some golden finds. These stood out among the few I watched. Must check out all their related videos on the right side.

    First you get some really super running shoes! Then you find a nice place to run! Run really, really fast and don't give up even if you feel tired! Hooray!!!!!! You did it!!!!

    Yeah all those expertvillage videos look like they are almost a joke, except I don't think they were meant to be a joke.
