If they have a decent 5th guy, and everyone else is on their "A" game, they could possibly win Nats or at least grab a podium finish.
1.Ulrey 6th last year
2.-4. Their 3 Sub 29 10k guys
5. Surely theyll have someone step up?

If you write "surely theyll have someone step up?", they're not the best team on paper.
"If," "possibly," and "at least" are always good bets--cover 'em.
Are they only scoring 4 at nationals this year?
Well if its not Arkansas because they have no 5th man then who is better on paper with a 5th man?
Anyone whose 5th man is not named "surely they'll have someone step up?"
Examples: Oregon, Stanford.
bump
I'm callin arkansas for the win this year. You heard it from me first.
The #1 X-C From Rend Lake (Kentan) signed with UArk, Duncan Phillips should be back from surgery, and the still have Chinchar and Russell (3:44 1500) who could step up.

Hate to disappoint you but Sambu (JC champ from Rend Lake) is going to a different UofA. Arizona, not Arkansas. http://phxfan.com/tag/stephen-sambu/
Teams like Stanford, NAU and Oregon are virtual certainties to come in ahead of Arkansas. I'd say Colorado has at least an even chance.
it's dey tuach that's coming in.
and now bryan cantero is coming in as well (8th at euro jr cross and 51st at world jr cross + 1:50 and 3:41). they look pretty solid, but winning is tough even when you have cragg, lincoln, sandfort, kimeli, alkin, mulvaney, etc.....we've had plenty of great teams since 2000 but haven't been able to get it done on the grass.
