10.17 is definitely respectable at this point and a 1.0 wind really isn't THAT much. After all it is legal. Good for him. Can't wait to see him mixing it up with Bolt, Gay, and Powell in another year (sarcasm).

If he stays clean he may get down to 10.08 this season and eventually as low as 9.95 but never again 9.84 without PED's.

This is great for Justin. I want to see this guy in the diamond league.

The guy is a cheater and he still has the increased muscle mass from cheating even if he is not on PEDs now. Explain to me why should I care what he runs now.

Good for him he's running. Hope he gets some satisfaction out of running 2nd tier meets. However, he's running times now which are pretty basic for a man with his talent with a few months of serious training under his belt. I happen to know a guy who ran about the same times Justin did while being on the juice. That same man returned to running, with about the same results we now see from Justin. Problem is to improve on that and do that clean. My main question is; is Justin eager enough to put in that necessary workload?? I think not.... If he puts in enough, megbe we'll see a 9.9 high somewhere in time, but guys; this man will never ever be running with the current big boys anumore. He never had and never will reach that level!

Actually sometimes it does. You can build upon the point you got to illegally. Sometimes it's not maintainable, but some of it will be.

Enjoy worshipping these cheaters, if he never took PEDs you would not even know his name.

It is interesting to see how much of an actual difference PED's make - in that sense I am glad that Gatlin is back as a test case.

Don't forget BJ and DC as a testcase! BJ couldn't do it clean. Besides physical issue's (not being as strong as before), there's the mental aspect as well; you're not a prima-donna anymore, and that requires a totally different mindset.

DC on the other hand was very eager to prove he could do it clean with a WiC title and a sub 10 as a result. I think in the end, when his carreer is over (and I feel that we have witnessed the actual end in the Euro's)he can look back with some kind of pride.

How Justin will fare we'll see the next year...but I think that'll be somewhere in the middle of the above scenario's..
