There you can check your upgrade status (see if you're eligible for a reduced-price upgrade) and click on the type of phone you want (iphone 4 or 3Gs w/ more or less memory).
An iPhone 4 w/ 16GB memory is $199 plus about an $18 to $25 upgrade fee (I forget). The data plan is $15 for 200 MB/mo or $25 if you want 2GB/mo.
You probably already have an unlimited data plan but they will probably make you choose one of the new limited ones. I use the phone quite a bit and usually run 180 to 350 MB. You could easily limit your large downloads and save $$ by picking the $15/mo plan.
Are you eligible for an early upgrade? Will they give you partial discount pricing?
No one can tell you except AT&T because they use several variables in their upgrade calculations, including the cost of your monthly bill.

It took me all of about 30 seconds to find out how much it would cost me on AT&T's website. Yeah, much easier to post here.
do this, and im being serious:
run your contract out.
go to a sprint store
either get the family data plan, or the everything data plan. (which is unlimited data use so you don't need to worry about watching this or that. unlimited text and those shenanigans too.)
buy an EVO 4G
????
