I'm most interested in college runners here (and pros, but I doubt many of them will post). Post your typical weekly or biweekly cycle. I'm really interested in what others are doing. Here's mine:
M - recovery
T - easy run + strides
W - Long steady run or long intervals
T - easy
F - short threshold + hills
S - easy
S - Long run
Wednesday workouts change every other week, so one week it'll be like a 10 mile steady run, the next week will be 4xMile, etc.
The long run is like a long progression run, so it's treated like a workout.
