Find another guy to manage the talent that the big schools send to them for two years. All you need to do is be able to work well with the LSU's, A&M's, etc of the college T&F world. Business as usual on the prarie. The only cardinal rule you have to follow is that you MUST insure that the athlete ends up at the school that placed them there.
I have had maybe one kid placed in the 10 years of coaching. Get a clue!!
