You should rather thank me that I protect your naive soul. And I am doing it completely for free.
Mr Canova has been an author of many claims that boggle one's mind. I once wondered about his actual mental state, but now I don't care about it anymore. I let him enjoy his work with 25-year old juniors, who can improve by 1:30 in the 10 km within 6 weeks.

If I am not wrong, jaspers were clowns, who entertained medieval kings. Now they are unemployed and entertain people on internet forums.
there definetely is not a premature departure from the marathon by whites as there are so many marathons with 10k-plus runners (mostly white), what happens at these marathons is kenya/ethiopia send 10-30 of their best to the major races, and most of their 4, 5 and 6 plus hour marathoners cant afford to come overseas due to their economic situation.

Just ignore him.

You should not ignore me, or you will stay an ignoramus forever. Listening to Mr Canova cetainly won't make you brighter. But at least, you will start to believe in Santa Claus and natural running wonders from Kenya.

I'm thinking the same thing, but maybe thats how Czechs say it?
I give Renato Canova the benefit of the doubt that his athletes are clean, but his assertion that
ALL elite Kenyan athletes are clean is rediculous.
Somebody's culture means very little when desperation is involved. Factor in the influence of agents and money (greed), people will go to extraordinary lengths to get what they want.
Another consideration: Even if Renato Canova definitively knew a Kenyan athlete was a drug cheat he would never "out" them. Namely, he would be a tattletale. Secondly, such an action would have real-life consequences like athletes leaving HIS tutelage and the potential for ruining an athlete financially. Nobody wants these things.
Basically, Renato Canova is far too entrenched in Kenyan affiars to shed any light on drug use in the country.
Finally, the Czech poster is unendingly on the offensive and can't be stopped. For better, or for worse.
I have read all the posts by the supposed Czech guy and they are all hillarious conspiracy theories.
He is one of those cursed football lunatics who makes up imaginary conspiracy theories because he and the rest of the clowns cant deal with the fact that Europe has been left behind in the world of distance running.
The idea that Kenyans became masters of beating dope tests, better at it than Europeans is laughable as is the idea that Kenyan runners have access to drugs that westerners dont have access to.
Why is it that scarcely any Kenyans have failed dope tests ? Oh I forgot, according to these conspiracy theorists, there is a worldwide conspiracy to protect them.
So Silas Kiplagat is using EPO eh ? How is he getting away with it 15 years after a test for EPO was developed ? So Kenyans are so sophisticated that they can beat these drug tests in a manner that Europeans cannot ? What a joke.
Here is a fact : Whereas participation rates amongst East Africans has increased by many multiples, the participation rates amongst westerners has fallen off substantially. You can blame play station and other factors for that. That is the primary reason the performance of East Africans improved dramatically starting in the 80s. There is also the fact that Back in the 60s, 70s and 80s, they did not traing as hard as they do today.
your primitive analysis with basic high school analysis offers little/nothing of any usefuleness
now, stop posting drivel & do some proper analysis which will give us a much better idea of the likelihood of epo use thruout the years :
if guys were doping, then it is expected anyone in the top 10 woud be as likely to do so as anyone else - the number 10 guy just as likely to dope as number 1, 2 or 3 - the notion that only top 3 woud dope but not the lower tier of top 10 is illogical
now :
for each year from say, '84 to '09 inclusive, take the average of the top 6th - 10th guys for 800, 1500, 5k & 10k, M
plot them
if you have peaks in performance between '95 - '00, then you can make an argument for epo use
if you can't, your epo assertion is nonsense
now put your money where your mouth is & do some intelligent, incisive analysis than your current nonsense
That is the primary reason the performance of East Africans improved dramatically starting in the 80s. There is also the fact that Back in the 60s, 70s and 80s, they did not traing as hard as they do today.
LOL How many times did I explain it? How many times should I post all the analysis, over and over again? STP THIS CRAP, PLEASE, OR YOU WILL REALLY KILL ME!!!
And as for your Kenyan angels, here is a list of caught Kenyans since 1999:
1999: Delilah Asiago (unspecified substance, a 2-year ban)
2000: Simon Kemboi - nandrolone
2003: Ambrose Bitok - norandrosterone
2003: Pamela Chepchumba - EPO
2003: Bernard Lagat - EPO (exempted due to "technicality", like Marion Jones several years later)
2004: David Munyasia (boxing) - stimulant cathine
2005: Susan Chepkemei - Salbutamol (according to a testimony of a Serbian athlete, she had a fridge full of EPO syringes during her stay in USA in 2004)
2005: Philip Wire Opiyo (football) - unspecified substance
2006: Lydia Cheromei - clomiphene
2007: Charles Nyakundi - boldenone
2008: Elizabeth Muthuka - nandrolone
2009: Nicholas Kemboi - EPO possession
I just love natural talents from Africa!
That last one, is that the Nicholas Kemboi 28 to 26.30 in 50 days man who sold his Nationality to Qatar?
Error: It was not Nicholas Kemboi, but Raymond Tanui. A half-marathoner.

Feel free to list them, it will take all day
I notice you don't mention Ethiopia with only 3 athletes on the list, none world class

This fits the fact that there were only few Ethiopian "wonders" in the past. But have no doubt that they know the stuff well.
http://www.universalsports.com/news/article/newsid=454406.html"However, Gemechu confirmed that she had fallen ill prior to racing in Luxembourg and had taken medicine without checking its contents. "I did not know the specific names of the medicines I took while I was in Germany because I gave the prescription to the pharmacy," she said. "I was also not able to communicate with the doctors who took the urine test because of language problem and I was not able to explain to them. Running is my life. They said I am taking doping for such a small race."
:D :D :D
Dear Shetaye, you should know that all medicines produced by the mzungus contain EPO. Didn't you have asthma or pneumonia, too, by the way? I suppose you would have taken Clenbuterol, purely from innocent ignorance.

Kenya is such a poor country... I think they should build some big chemical factory and sell the stuff abroad - to USA or Jamaica. Both sides would be 100% satisfied.

That's a 'jester.' Jasper is a mineral.
Thank you for explanation. My vocabulary is obviously incorrect. I must apologize to the Great Wizard that I didn't describe him correctly.
