Dennis Masai, brother of Linet Masai (WXC champion) may be overage. Two articles I found state that he is 22 and 20, and the other says he is 17 last year, so 18 this year. What do you think?

cite in second article is just nonsense:

^Linet was 20 at the time the article was written. So, either the 'younger' or the '22' is just a mistake. Unless actually Linet is at least two years older than claimed as well, i.e. it actually makes sense if she had referred to her younger 22-year-old brother.
Longanyata ran NTN in '06. Said he was 16 at the time, but his DOB listed with IAAF would have made him 13.

This happens with pretty much every ethopian or kenyan. For the ones that are overage might be intentional, it might be accidental. At this point you have to accept the junior list is a joke and move on.
