They didn't get the despairing nature of the song and wanted to rally behind rape, I guess. It is a desperate song, for sure, which is why I put it on the list. The songs by Black Flag, Fear, Dead Boys, and X bring you down a little after the happy punk songs that open the list. Then you have the anthemic songs that end it.
