One of the more expensive houses on their street. Forest Heights is a nice area but always amazing to me how many houses are there now after growing up in Portland when that area was just forested land for the most part.

Agreed. Hard to imagine the Halls having posters of themselves on the walls or a big H on their bedside table like the big G these folks have.
They probably couldn't afford the taxes. When they bought in 2005, the taxes were 6k. They are now 9.5k !!
When this was just land, the county was getting about 1/10th that.
