I've been hitting 80 miles, and recently I have a really bad blister underneathe a very thick calis (???) on my foot. I ran my easy run today for 60 minutes on it, and it just hurt like a bitch, I wondered if anyone knew any home remedys or what not to help with it, thanks.

If you think that there's fluid under your callous, stick a needle in there and drain it. Apply Bag Balm (comes in a square green can at the pharmacy)to it when you go to bed at night and when you get up. This will suck all of the fluid out and also the soreness / irritation. Bag Balm is an antiseptic / analgesic originally used to remove irritation from the teats of milk cows. It works wonders for blisters, believe me, I've had my share. Good luck.
